Information you choose to send

If you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, your chosen email address or phone number, optional country, business type, enquiry text, consent record and website/campaign source. We use these to answer your request, check product fit, manage the sales conversation and prevent duplicate submissions. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents, customer records or other sensitive information.

Our calculators, checklists and finder run in your browser. We do not send their full results automatically. An enquiry may include the selected providers or a compact scenario you choose to discuss. A shared tool link contains the non-contact choices shown in its URL; anyone with that link can see them.

Who receives an enquiry

Your enquiry is saved for VOVI POS, INC. and delivered to its VoVi sales workspace in Growth. Authorized staff may receive a notification to follow up. The enquiry is not a request for multiple competing vendors to contact you. We do not sell these enquiries or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use service providers for website hosting, secure storage, sales records, operational notifications and optional diagnostics. These providers process information to deliver their services. Infrastructure and authorized support may operate outside your country, including in the United States; applicable data-transfer protections and legal rights still apply.

Optional analytics and error reporting

Optional usage analytics are off until you allow them. They record the source website, language, page path, tool/event category, timestamp and referring hostname. They do not contain your name, contact information, enquiry text, full referring URL or a persistent cross-site visitor identifier. Counts represent opted-in events, not all visitors.

Optional Sentry error diagnostics are controlled separately. We remove contact data, request context and breadcrumbs before sending diagnostic events. We do not use session replay or advertising pixels. Essential hosting and security services still process technical request information, such as IP address and browser headers, to serve the website and prevent abuse.

Use Privacy choices in the footer to change or withdraw optional permissions. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional collection off. Refusing optional collection does not prevent use of guides, tools or enquiry forms.

Browser storage and retention

Your privacy choices are stored on this browser. Tool settings are stored locally only when you select Save; Clear saved choices removes them. These websites do not write contact details or enquiry drafts to localStorage or sessionStorage. A retry identifier held in memory prevents an uncertain submission from creating duplicate enquiries.

During each tab session, sessionStorage remembers your first landing-page path and sanitized campaign labels for this website. These values are sent only when you submit an enquiry, to attribute your requested follow-up. No name, email address, phone number or enquiry text is saved there.

The intake and delivery store retains enquiries and delivery records for up to 730 days. Optional acquisition events are retained for up to 90 days. Encrypted backup snapshots are retained for up to 35 days. Ongoing contact records and conversation history in Growth follow our CRM relationship retention policy; they are not automatically deleted when an intake record reaches 730 days.

Hosting and Sentry technical data follow each service’s configured retention limits. You may request deletion sooner, subject to applicable exceptions.

Your rights and choices

Requested follow-up and promotional messages are separate. The optional marketing checkbox is unchecked by default. You can withdraw marketing consent through the message’s unsubscribe option or by contacting support@vovipos.com.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where relevant, processing your requested enquiry supports steps you ask us to take before a contract; essential security supports our legitimate operational interests; optional analytics, diagnostics and marketing rely on your choice.

Email support@vovipos.com and identify the website and request. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership of the relevant record, but do not require you to create an account. Applicable California rights include knowing, correcting and deleting information and opting out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share these data for cross-context advertising and do not discriminate for exercising rights. You may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live when applicable.

Children, external links and updates

These websites are intended for business buyers, not children under 16. Provider websites have their own privacy notices. We will update the date and this notice when our practices materially change. Contact support@vovipos.com for privacy questions.
