Operator and commercial relationship
FreePOS USA is operated by VOVI POS, INC., the company behind VoVi POS. FreePOS USA, POSFind and POS Review are related websites. Their links are not independent endorsements. We have a commercial interest when a reader chooses VoVi.
Our provider coverage is research-based editorial work. We identify sources and practical tradeoffs, including where a competitor may better fit. We do not represent these pages as independent laboratory tests, verified customer ratings or a comprehensive list of every POS provider.
Free software and separate costs
US VoVi software is $0/month when the merchant uses VoVi’s credit-card processor, subject to merchant approval and the applicable processor agreement. Alternatively, software is US$99/month per location with another processor. International software is US$99/month per location in supported markets. Payment processing and hardware are separate.
“Free” describes the qualifying software subscription, not free card processing, a free terminal, free installation or a guarantee that every business qualifies. Card payments use an external terminal; the VoVi application does not itself process cards. Confirm the written terms and all costs before accepting an offer.
Estimates, compatibility and sources
Tools are planning aids based on the assumptions displayed. Results are not a binding quote or a promise of savings. Taxes, financing, processing variations, add-ons and contract terms can affect the outcome. Competitor offers may change; local plans can differ from US plans.
A language translation does not establish availability in that country. Compatibility depends on country, business type, hardware, currency and any local fiscal requirements. One VoVi account uses one country and one currency. Product, processor and hardware terms on the official provider agreement govern the purchase.
Use of this website
You may use the website and tools for legitimate research and business planning. Do not misuse forms, send malicious content, interfere with availability, scrape personal enquiry records, or falsely represent yourself as another person. Automated readers may access public guides in accordance with published crawler rules.
